All financial transactions are handled directly between the participating users. WhatsNext does not act as an intermediary, buyer, or seller, and therefore assumes no liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from these transactions. The use of Stripe and PayPal is at the sole risk of the participating parties. We recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of these payment service providers.

User Responsibility:
As the creator or participant of a public group, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, intellectual property, and consumer protection. You are required to act respectfully and responsibly towards other users. In the event of abuse or violations of our guidelines, we reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the platform.

Visibility and Data Protection:
When you join a public group, you do so out of your own interest and on a voluntary basis. Your membership in a public group is limited to that specific group, and it is not possible to automatically transfer your membership to other groups. Please note that the content and actions shared within public groups are created by the respective users.
